Love them. Dr Rob & Mrs. Dr. Rob are fantastic. And the entire staff are absolutely amazing.

His antibiotics were repeated and changed and I was even given expired antibiotics.. they never had his info right DOB and kept telling me he was under weight .. until I corrected them.
Had our first visit to Rocky Shores because we weren't able to get to our usual vet and I have to say it was wonderful. Prompt and courteous at the front desk and Dr. Rob and the staff were amazing. The best part is when I received my bill I didn't fall over. This is now our new vet. Highly recommend if you need a vet in the area.
That antibiotics that aren't working shouldn't be continued for another refill... obviously they are the wrong antibiotics for what LOKI had. "Dr. Rob" said to call him dr. Rob:) we had a little wait in the room by he had to attend to a dog that came in that was having seizures. I did not mind at all, if my dog was that sick I would expect him to drop everything for LOKI too. He truly cares for each of his clients!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU so much!!! YOU SAVED LOKI from being hospitalized and saved me from all the unnecessary stress. Very welcoming staff!! LOKI WAS GREATED LIKE A GOD. They even called me the next day to see how he was doing!!!! That was amazing!!!!!! Thank you.
We've been going to Rocky Shores for several years now and they've always been great~ But, recently, our dog was attacked by another dog and we called in a absolute panic, worried for Little Freddie's life- Dr. Rob, Dr. Cindy and the whole crew took such amazing care of him! We're beyond grateful.
Best vet I've ever been to. The docs here care way more about making sure that your pets are safe and healthy, than making a few bucks. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They really go the extra step to provide the best care possible.
